OUR LEADERSHIP
Gerald Kim, CPA, CA, CBV, CIP, is the founding Partner of Auxilium Financial Advisory. He is a forensic accountant with over 20 years of experience working on some of Canada's most significant and most complex loss quantifications. His expertise spans many businesses and industries, including power generation, petrochemical refining, transportation and retail. Most recently, Gerald was a Partner in the Valuation, Forensics and Litigation Support services group at a leading national accounting, tax and business consulting firm in Canada. He is well known for his personalized approach, deep relationships, and clear and concise financial analysis. Gerald obtained his Bachelor of Commerce degree in 1998 from the University of Calgary. He is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA), qualifying as a Chartered Accountant (CA) in 2001. Gerald has also qualified for the Chartered Insurance Professional Designation (CIP), which he obtained in 2012 and a Chartered Business Valuator (CBV) acquired in 2010. Gerald is qualified as an expert witness and has given expert witness testimony. He is also an author and presenter at conferences and seminars across Canada
Alfred Han, CPA, CA, has over 20 years of experience as a finance professional and leader for a diverse group of organizations, including one of the top energy private equity firms in Canada, as well as a large publicly traded multinational conglomerate. Alfred possesses extensive experience in corporate finance, strategic development and execution, risk management and financial planning and analysis. Alfred obtained his Bachelor of Commerce degree in 1996 from the University of Calgary. He is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA), qualifying as a Chartered Accountant (CA) in 2000. Alfred completed the Global Institute for Leadership Development (GILD) program in 2006, the IVEY Executive Program at the IVEY Business School at Western University in 2010 and participated at the G20Y Summit in St. Petersburg Russia, in 2014.
